Jakob Ripshtein brings over thirty years of experience leading corporate strategy, marketing, and sales and a deep understanding of the cannabis industry. He previously served as the President of Aphria Inc., which was acquired by Tilray Brands Inc. Before that, he was President of Diageo Canada, where he oversaw significant growth, which led to him being named CFO of North America.
Matthew MacKay brings expertise from the beverage alcohol, cannabis, and commercial banking industries. He has accumulated a diverse blend of both private and public company exposure through his previous positions at Perennial Brands Inc, Diageo, and Scotiabank. Matthew brings a strong financial acumen and analytical approach to decision-making. Matthew is a Chartered Financial Analyst and graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance. His professional accreditations coupled with his experience give him the perfect blend of skills to contribute as a member of the leadership team of this quickly growing public entity.
Ms. Hulser brings over 20 years of experience in performance-based leadership and high-level operational execution in the logistics and distribution industry. Holding top level operational and financial leadership roles within Johnson Brothers of Hawaii, Inc., Hawaiian Ocean Transport, Inc., and Odyssey Logistics, Inc., Ms. Hulser led complex logistical markets into sustained profitability and class leading operational metrics.
Chris is a veteran of almost twenty years in the distribution industry. He previously served as President at RYL Distribution, where he provided leadership across multiple areas, including sales, marketing, logistics, supply chain, and retail activation. Chris is a San Diego State University graduate.

For the past seven years, Shawn has been an active investor in the cannabis industry, including co-founding Green Acre Capital, a cannabis-focused private investment fund. An early investor for Aphria Inc., he served as a member of its board of directors. Shawn is a graduate of York University and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Robert is a Director for Humble & Fume Inc. and the Founder of BOBHQ. Since 1998, he has steadily built a leading global cannabis wholesale and distribution business, offering tens of thousands of smoking and lifestyle products to thousands of retail stores worldwide. Robert brings proven expertise in regulatory compliance, government relations, retail and franchise management and strategic leadership to our diverse team.
Over 35 years in the Beverage and Beverage Distribution Space. Mark Hubler joined Johnson Brothers in August 2015. His role was expanded to President & Chief Executive Officer in January, 2022 and he leads the Executive Team. Previous to this role, Mark spent 17 years in various leadership roles at Diageo North America including most recently serving as President of North America, US Spirits. Mark also spent significant time in Non-Alcohol CPG including both Coca-Cola and Quaker Oats where his career track included commercial roles as well as Business Analytics and Marketing. Mark has a Management Degree from the University of Wisconsin and resides in North Oaks, Minnesota with his wife and two adult-daughters.
Co-founder and Managing Partner with Green Acre Capital, Matthew serves on Greentank Technologies and TREC Brands boards. He previously served on the boards of Tokyo Smoke, Ample Organics and Friendly Stranger Holdings Corp. Matthew has an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
